Abstract

Abstract

This article discusses the development of a bereavement policy for bereavement support staff. To date there seems to be very little literature regarding the wellbeing of staff working in bereavement settings when they experience bereavement themselves. The article outlines the development of the policy for Barnardo’s Child and Family Bereavement Service Cardiff.
